Heirloom is a spontaneous dining event that takes place in different locations with different participants each and every time. We supply the community, the scenery, and of course the food. Every dinner is different and can range from six-courses to twelve-courses and beyond. The price for the event begins at $85 per person and increases, depending on the meal. The only thing we ask of our guests, is to come hungry!
Why?
Heirloom was created as a way to bring together a diverse group surrounded by the delicacies, subtleties, and creations of the bounty around us. At heirloom, family ties are important and we incorporate family, love, and home into each gathering. We begin as strangers, come together as friends, and leave as family - our events can transform outsiders into lifelong friends.
Why do we care about our food so much? All of our produce is organic and sourced locally whenever possible. Our meats are grass-fed, locally sourced, organic, and never contain any antibiotics, hormones, or additives. The poultry we use is organic, air-chilled, and never contain any antibiotics, hormones, or additives. We only source fresh, wild-caught, sustainable seafood to use in our dishes. We support the local farmers, growers, fishermen, and suppliers.

After you register with us, heirloom places your name into a pool with other guests. Because there is more interest than availability, your name will be kept on a waiting list for upcoming dinner evenings.

From a warehouse in downtown Houston, to a beautiful backyard in Cypress, to a historic home in Katy, and everywhere in between, the element of surprise is part of the lure that is heirloom.
